In our work with Frölunda HC, our goal has been to honour the club’s character and translate its values into a timeless product. Together, we have developed a Limited Edition timepiece that highlights the elements shaping the club through the years — its symbols, colours, and the strong culture that surrounds it.
The design is built on subtle yet meaningful details. The dial features a tone-on-tone interpretation of the club crest, while the outer edge carries a pattern inspired by the ridged structure of a hockey puck. The seconds hand takes the shape of the VFIF symbol, with a red tip that reflects the club’s colours and its forward-driven mindset.
The index markers and arched lines draw inspiration from Scandinavium, the arena that has hosted generations of memories and achievements. At six o’clock, “Göteborg” marks the team’s home city, and along the inner ring runs the phrase “Vi har Frölunda djupt i vårt blod”. Additional touches such as the VFIF symbol on the crown and clasp, and an engraved caseback, complete the narrative.
Produced in a limited run of 500 pieces, the watch serves as a tribute to the club’s community, history, and future. For us, the focus has been to create something authentic and deeply rooted in Frölunda’s identity, a piece that supporters can wear every day, carrying both craft and meaning.
