02. design.
In the next step, our talented designers work closely with you to translate your vision into a design that aligns with your wishes and your brands identity. We develop the visual concept and refine the details that make a custom watch design feel unique dial layout, logo placement, typography, colors, and overall balance.
Graphic design and material selection are essential parts of this stage. Together we explore options such as case finish, dial texture, strap materials, and subtle design elements that connect the watch to your brand story. If desired, we can also include custom features such as engraving (logo, monogram, dates), limited edition numbering (e.g. 1/300, 1/500, 1/1000, 1/2000), and other details that increase collectability and perceived value.
The goal is to create a design that not only looks great in mockups, but also works in real life on the wrist, in photos, and in the experience of wearing it.
03. production.
Highly skilled craftsmen then begin creating a prototype of the watch, which serves as a blueprint for the final piece. This stage is crucial in any custom watch manufacturing process, because it lets us validate the design in physical form and ensure that proportions, finishes, and details meet expectations.
The prototype allows room for adjustments and refinements based on your feedback. We review elements like dial clarity, color accuracy, finishing, and how the watch feels overall. Once everything is approved, we move forward with final production and quality control ensuring the end result is consistent, durable, and truly premium.

04. finished product.
Eventually, a final sample is produced together with an exquisite packaging, accompanied by a certificate of authenticity and documentation detailing the watchs specifications and care instructions. Depending on your project, we can also provide custom packaging options such as branded sleeves, inserts, and story cards—perfect for limited edition watches and premium releases.
